Chef Danny Isaacs

Chef Danny Isaacs is born and raised on Long Island and has always had a passion for food. Growing up, he was constantly involved in the food industry - whether he was helping out at his parents' Oyster Bay deli or dish washing at a local restaurant, Danny could always be found in a kitchen. When it came time for college, Danny decided to pursue his passion for cooking at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). His time at CIA only reassured him of his love for bringing people together through homemade cuisines. It was only a matter of time after graduating when Danny took the leap from being the head chef at a yacht club to opening up his first business - Bacon You Crazy.

In just 23 years of life, Danny has trained under some of the best chefs in New York State, and brings these skills to every plate he creates. Danny's mission is to provide each and every customer with a delicious bacon experience, leaving them full, satisfied, happy, and coming back for more!
